In the current stud farm two different lineages joined: Fernández de Córdoba, horse breeders since the sixteenth century, and Fernández Daza, with origins of Mr. Juan José Zapata.

The stud farm increases with a batch from Mr. Juan Pedro Domecq y Núñez, whose stallion have followed the Chartusian lineage (Hierro del Bocado).

We have sent specimens to France, United Kingdom, Australia, Nicaragua and Germany.

We have been taking part in many morphological contests from the 1950’s until the most important ones held nowadays.
